From what I've been able to get out of my little sister, she wasn't doing any arts & crafts at the moment, which means the little bastard did this on purpose.
It worries me more so that this might be for the same reason that a first grader got pushed a flight of metal stairs (by other first graders) a few years ago in a school the next county over, which is because the little boy wasn't 'from around here'...
